E.H. Taylor Small Batch Review

The E.H. Taylor whiskey collection features limited one-off releases in addition to continuous releases of a Single Barrel, Barrel Proof, and Rye variants throughout the year. This is the entry-level bourbon. E.H. Taylor bottles all of their whiskeys in bonds, with the exception of their Barrel Proof bourbon (BiB). Whiskey that bears the BiB mark needs to be the result of a single distillation season and one distiller at a single distillery. It also needs to be matured for at least four years in a federally bonded storage under U.S. government supervision and bottled at precisely 100 proof. Furthermore, the distillery where it was distilled and, if different, where it was bottled must be prominently displayed on the BiB label.
